bricks & Plaques

Walk of Friends
Two brick pathways in East Texas, one behind HomePlace in Tyler and the other in downtown Nacogdoches, are etched with lasting memories, joyful tributes and fond farewells.
The bricks are reminders of departed loved ones, celebrations of special occasions and tributes to dear friends. The Walks of Friends are poignant and enduring legacies to those who have touched our lives.

Celebration Courtyard
At the entrance to the Robert M. Rogers Hospice Center is the Celebration Courtyard, celebrating life, love and memories. This lovely space is bordered by low walls, centered with brick walkways and features a beautiful garden.
If you would like to celebrate the life of someone held dear, please consider the donation of a garden wall plaque.

Flag Court and Garden
Centered around a ceremonial flagpole, the Flag Court near the entrance to the Robert M. Rogers Hospice Center offers an opportunity to honor or remember loved ones with the purchase of engravable flagstone or brick pavers.
American and Texas flags fly in the Flag Court at all times and are joined by military service flags at half-staff when a Veteran of our Country’s Armed Services passes away at HomePlace.
