Pets play an important role in the life of many families.  Through Pet Peace of Mind, staff and volunteers connect hospice families with rescue agencies and pet adoption groups so that patients do not have to worry about their pet’s current or future needs.  Hospice of East Texas is the only hospice in our area to offer this service. 

How you can help…

Become a trained hospice volunteer.  Hospice covers 23 East Texas counties and volunteers are needed throughout the region.
Be a program partner in providing needed services.
Make a donation to Hospice of East Texas, Pet Peace of Mind Program.

Hospice of East Texas believes that no one should have to give up a pet because they are teminally ill.
