Palliative care

The Hospice of East Texas has assembled a team of Palliative Care doctors and nurses who provide consultations to patients and families who want to have a discussion about the practical and spiritual concerns of coming to terms with end-of-life care. The Hospice of East Texas provides this service because we believe in the benefits of palliative care for our community. Please contact us with any questions at (903) 266-3400.

In addition to our outpatient clinic at the Tyler location, we also offer outpatient clinic services at our Longview facility on West Hawkins Pkwy. This allows us to extend our reach and provide exceptional palliative care to more communities across East Texas. Whether you visit us in Tyler or Longview, you can expect the same high standard of care and a compassionate approach tailored to meet your individual needs. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives the best possible care, close to home.
